Gypsy's Horsenality...

I decided to get a Horsenality Report on Gypsy. Partly to reassure myself about how I read her and to give me a clear direction of what she needs from me. I have not read the report entirely yet, but I am excited at what I have read so far.

The results Right Brain Extrovert-

This is the little cartoon that Parelli uses to help us understand and visualize a RBE.







It was nice to read in the report that ear pinning is common for a RBE, and is a self defense mechanism that tells me I am going to quick. It was also mentioned that these horses often have spots that they do not what you to touch. Although my intuition "knew" these things about Gypsy, I started to doubt my abilities and understandings of her. It said that undemanding time is a great way to build trust and a relationship with these kinds of horses... read my last post...

This is a confidence booster for me and is full of tips of do's and don'ts to help Gypsy and I progress naturally together! I want to get one of these for Pokey too. I will post notes and more things I learn as we continue our journey.
